Contact Centre Coordinator – Epsom Support Centre
Permanent full‑time, 37.5 hours per week. Salary: £25,545.00 per annum. Start date: Monday 13July. Working hours: Monday‑Friday 08:00 – 20:00; Saturday 09:00 – 13:00. Hybrid working – work remotely and on‑site as required.
Responsibilities
* Expertly handle all contact with our customers.
* Make good use of a variety of channels, including calls, emails, live chat and social media.
* Ensure the customer journey is seamless.
* Be part of an exciting, varied and dynamic environment.
* Cover varied shifts (Monday to Friday, 08:00 – 20:00 and Saturdays, 09:00 – 13:00).
* Deliver excellent customer service, every time.
* Competently and confidently adhere to a Hybrid working model, with flexibility to work both remotely and on‑site when required.
Qualifications
* Passionate about customer service.
* Good standard of English.
* Strong experience in a customer‑facing role.
* Positive, proactive, customer‑focused attitude.
* Logical approach and confidence with a variety of systems.
