Work Placement and Careers Coordinator
Location: KING'S LYNN
Hours: 37 HOURS PER WEEK, 37 WEEKS PER YEAR (TERM-TIME PLUS ONE WEEK)
Salary: £23,428 – £24,200 PER ANNUM (inclusive of a non-contractual recruitment and retention allowance of £1,392) (£25,848 – £26,753 FTE)
Responsibilities
* Work closely with students, teaching teams and local businesses to establish working partnerships for work placements.
* Offer careers advice and guidance, steering students through college career and transition to paid employment, higher education or apprenticeships.
* Provide pastoral and administrative support to students.
* Collaborate with internal and external partners to develop and maintain the Work Placement and Careers programme.
