We’re partnering with one of the UK’s most exciting and fastest‑growing PBSA operators as they hire a Marketing Manager to help shape the next phase of their brand and commercial growth. This is a business known for its creativity, warmth and community‑driven approach — and they’re looking for someone who can bring that energy into their marketing.
As Marketing Manager, you’ll play a central role in delivering campaigns that drive awareness, bookings and long‑term brand value. You’ll work across multiple channels, collaborate with brilliant internal teams and agency partners, and help bring the brand to life across cities and buildings nationwide.
What you’ll be doing:
* Planning and delivering integrated marketing campaigns that drive student bookings
* Working across multiple channels to grow awareness and performance
* Managing timelines, briefs and campaign delivery across internal teams and agencies
* Monitoring campaign performance and optimising activity to improve results
* Interpreting data (CPL, CPB, lead quality) and turning insights into action
* Managing relationships with digital, creative and PR agencies
* Partnering with property and community teams to support local marketing activity
* Bringing the brand to life on the ground through partnerships, events and student‑led moments
* Supporting the management of marketing budgets and spend allocation
* Helping develop marketing systems, tools and CRM processes (HubSpot experience a bonus)
What we’re looking for:
* Strong campaign and project management experience
* A solid understanding of core marketing channels and how they work together
* Confident analysing marketing data and improving performance
* Excellent stakeholder and agency management skills
* Highly organised, proactive and comfortable managing multiple projects
* A warm, collaborative communicator who builds great relationships
* Experience in youth‑focused, property, hospitality or agency environments (desirable)
* Familiarity with CRM or email platforms such as HubSpot (desirable)
