What You'll Do:
* Support teaching and learning across Key Stage 3 and 4
* Provide 1:1 or small group support for students with additional learning needs
* Assist with subject-specific work to help students grasp key concepts and improve engagement
* Aid teachers with lesson preparation, classroom organisation, and tracking student progress
* Contribute to creating a positive, inclusive, and motivating classroom environment
What We're Looking For:
* A graduate with a 2:1 or above (Education, Psychology, English, Maths, Science or other core subjects)
* Enthusiastic, proactive, and passionate about supporting students in their learning journey
* Experience with young people (e.g., tutoring, mentoring, volunteering) is an advantage
* Full-time availability from September 2025 to July 2026
