Role Details:
* Salary up to £28,000 – depending on experience.
* Role based: New Lane, Huntington, York, YO32 9PT – you must live local to York.
* Permanent
* Hours: 7:30‑16:30 Monday‑Thursday and 7:30‑13:00 Friday.
* Annual on‑target bonus of 2.5% – depending on company performance.
* Annual leave of 25 days per annum plus bank holidays and the opportunity to buy an additional 5 days.
In this role you will be required to:
* Ensure that job sheets are entered into both our internal ERP system (SAP) and spreadsheets efficiently and on time.
* Assist with onboarding new starters and inductions.
* Review and validate Hub data to ensure it complies with company rules and procedures.
* Administer standard operating procedures (SOP).
* Perform SAP dispatch process transactions.
* Provide general administrative support within the defined area, ensuring activities are completed accurately and on time.
* Manage documents, process information, create correspondence, maintain records and collate reports.
* Produce reports and provide accurate information to stakeholders as required.
* Ensure systems and records are regularly updated and accurate.
* Support the delivery of specific projects or initiatives by providing administrative input as required.
* Respond to queries effectively, escalating where appropriate.
* Support compliance with company procedures, standards and policies.
* Produce inspections for modules on IAuditor.
* Produce engraved ID plates for modules.
* Process invoices for operatives employed through agency.
* Manage training for shop floor operatives on the internal system.

* Experience in an administration role, demonstrating teamwork and analytical thinking.
* Exceptional organisation, planning and attention to detail are key in this role.
* Good communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to support colleagues, visitors and stakeholders effectively.
* Experienced and confident in using Microsoft Office and other systems simultaneously.
