Role: Store Manager

Location: Farnham

Contract Type: Permanent, full time (part time available - 15 or 22 hours per week)

Salary: £26,858 FTE pa

As a Store Manager, you will play a pivotal role in the success of our client's operations. Lead and inspire a team of volunteers and staff, fostering a collaborative atmosphere.
Drive sales and develop new business opportunities to boost store performance.
Delegate tasks effectively, ensuring every team member feels valued and engaged.
Create and maintain an inviting store environment that attracts customers and supporters.
Manage daily operations, including merchandising and maintaining retail processes.
utilise your commercial awareness to interpret basic financial reports and make informed decisions.What We're Looking For:

Leadership Experience: Proven ability to lead, build, and develop a team.
Results-Driven: Strong drive to achieve goals through others.
Excellent Communicator: Ability to connect with a diverse group of people.
Friendly and Approachable: Enjoy working with others and creating a positive atmosphere.
Time Management: Ability to prioritise tasks in a fast-paced environment.

Commercial Acumen: Understanding of retail processes and merchandising.

This position is advertised as full-time, but we also welcome part-time applicants (15 or 22 hours per week).

Please Note: This role requires an Enhanced DBS.
