experienced Supported Living Manager
to oversee high-quality care and support services for
adults with learning disabilities, autism, acquired brain injuries, and mental health conditions

Key Responsibilities
As a
Supported Living Manager / Service Manager (Learning Disabilities & Autism)
, you will:
* Provide
strong leadership and supervision
to staff, promoting a positive and inclusive workplace culture.
* Ensure the
delivery of safe, person-centred care
in line with CQC regulations and company standards.
* Oversee
service compliance, audits, safeguarding, and quality improvement
initiatives.
* Manage
staff recruitment, inductions, rotas, training, supervisions, and appraisals
.
* Build effective relationships with
families, commissioners, healthcare professionals, and local authorities
.
* Maintain robust
risk management and safeguarding procedures
.
* Contribute to
service growth and development
alongside senior management.
Candidate Requirements
To succeed as a
Supported Living Manager / Registered Manager (CQC)
, you will have:
* Minimum
2 years' supervisory or management experience
within Supported Living or Residential Care.
* Proven expertise supporting
adults with learning disabilities, autism, or mental health needs
.
* Minimum
Level 2 Health & Social Care qualification
(NVQ/QCF/RQF or equivalent).
* Willingness to progress towards
Level 3–5 Leadership & Management in Care
.
* Strong knowledge of
CQC regulations, compliance, and safeguarding frameworks
.
* Excellent
team leadership, communication, and performance management
skills.
* Enhanced
DBS check
(or willingness to obtain).
