We are working with an established national Construction company who are seeking a Senior Administrative Executive to join their Operations function within their Toome office.


The Role

The successful candidate will provide high-level operational and executive support to the wider company, ensuring the smooth day-to-day running of property management, financial administration and office operations. The candidate’s duties will include overseeing billing processes, cost tracking, maintaining detailed financial records, managing tenant relations, and coordination with professional service providers.


The candidate will act as a trusted partner in progressing business matters with efficacy, supporting the Managing Director and senior leadership through diary management, communications, and workflow prioritisation.


Essential Criteria:

* Proven experience in property management (including rent collection, liaising with agents, handling rates and renewals);
* Strong understanding of cost tracking, expense management, and financial reconciliations;
* Experience with Microsoft Excel, particularly in pivot tables, reporting, and document control;
* Excellent communication skills;
* Strong organisational skills;
* Highly detail-oriented;
* Ability to work independently and within a team.
