We are looking for a high-energy recruiter who thrives on sourcing subcontractors and getting them ready to work fast. This is a hands-on recruitment role, not a management position. You will be sourcing, qualifying and onboarding subcontractors at pace to support a busy operational team. You will be trusted to get out there, find the right people and mobilise them quickly. You will also have the freedom to use your own networks, sourcing methods and initiative to build a strong subcontractor pipeline. If you enjoy hitting targets, solving problems quickly and making things happen, this role will suit you perfectly.
