About the Role At KPCA, accuracy and efficiency are at the heart of everything we do. We are seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Data Entry Clerk to join our team. This role is essential in ensuring that our data systems remain reliable and up-to-date, supporting smooth business operations across departments. Key Objectives Accurately input, update, and maintain data within company databases and systems. Ensure data integrity by performing regular quality checks and corrections as needed. Support various departments by providing timely and precise data management services. Responsibilities Enter data from various sources into the company’s database with a high level of accuracy. Verify and correct data discrepancies to maintain data quality and consistency. Organize and maintain electronic and paper files to ensure easy retrieval. Collaborate with team members and other departments to clarify data requirements and resolve issues. Generate reports and summaries as requested by management. Follow company protocols and data privacy policies to safeguard sensitive information. Assist in the development and improvement of data entry processes and systems. Requirements High school diploma or equivalent; additional certification in data management or related fields is a plus. Proven experience in data entry or a similar administrative role. Strong typing skills with a high degree of accuracy and attention to detail. Proficiency in MS Office Suite, especially Excel, and familiarity with database software. Excellent organizational and time management skills. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team. Good communication skills to collaborate effectively with colleagues.
