Job Description:
We are looking for a dynamic and strategic Global Head of Talent & Learning to lead our efforts in talent management, leadership development, and continuous learning. As part of the wider HR Leadership Team, this role will be key in supporting our people strategy—ensuring employees are engaged, developed, and equipped to grow within the organization. The role will oversee performance management, succession planning, and learning & development initiatives, fostering a high-performance, growth-oriented culture. The role will lead the Talent & Learning function globally, with three regionally based but globally minded direct reports, with analysis and operational support from the global HR shared service centre.
Requirements
What You'll Do:
Talent Management and Succession Planning
* Develop and implement a comprehensive talent management strategy and plan to support business growth and employee career progression.
* Drive succession planning efforts to ensure leadership continuity and business resilience.
* Partner with senior leaders in HR and the wider business to identify, retain, and develop high-potential employees.
* Build strong workforce planning strategies for future business needs.
Learning & Leadership Development Strategy
* Lead the design and execution of learning programs that align with business goals and employee career aspirations.
* Develop and deliver leadership development initiatives to build a strong pipeline of future leaders.
* Foster a culture of continuous learning through innovative methods, including coaching, mentoring, and digital learning
* Drive leadership development programs to nurture future leaders.
* Introduce innovative learning methods, including digital learning, coaching, and mentoring.
Performance Management
* Develop and oversee performance management frameworks to drive a high performance culture.
* Partner with senior leadership to align talent strategies with business goals.
* Working with Talent & Learning Managers, HR Directors and HR Business
* Partners, ensure that the business understands and implements our performance management processes
* Work with finance and reward to ensure strong linkages between financial outcomes, performance ratings and pay.
Stakeholder & Leadership Collaboration
* Partner with senior stakeholders to align talent and learning strategies with business priorities.
* Work closely with HR, department heads, and external partners to enhance talent and learning initiatives
* Lead and manager the global Talent and Learning centre of expertise, transforming to and maintaining a global outlook that delivers locally for the business
Who You Are:
* Proven experience in a senior talent management, learning & development, or HR leadership role.
* Expertise in talent management, performance management, and leadershipdevelopment.
* Strong ability to influence and collaborate with senior stakeholders.
* A data-driven approach to measuring the impact of learning and talent initiatives.
* Passion for developing people, fostering growth, and creating high-performing teams.
* Experience embedding diversity, equity, and inclusion into talent strategies
