The Role and Responsibilities
We are looking for a highly skilled Car Technician capable of handling a wide variety of mechanical tasks across all makes and models:
* Major Repairs: Handling timing chains, clutches, and intensive engine work.
* Routine Maintenance: Delivering high-standard servicing and general repairs.
* Diagnostics: Using your experience to find and fix faults efficiently and logically.
* Collaboration: Working alongside our team of MOT testers and existing technicians.
* Quality First: Taking ownership of your work to ensure total customer satisfaction.
What You Will Need
* Qualifications: NVQ Level 3 or equivalent is essential for this role.
* Experience: A minimum of 4 years in a professional workshop environment.
* Skillset: Confidence across all makes and models with broad mechanical knowledge.
* Mindset: A reliable team player who takes genuine pride in their workmanship.
* License: A full UK Driving Licence is required.
