Responsibilities
* Support the Pub & Grill Manager with recruiting, training and motivating the team to deliver outstanding service.
* Ensure the team and customers are enjoying the experience and that brand standards are met.
* Lead a team across F&B and contribute to delivering positive hospitality experiences.
* Focus on detail while keeping customers at the heart of the business.
* Develop and nurture team members to grow their skills and engagement.
* Apply effective operation knowledge of F&B to drive results and uphold brand standards.
