Elitehire Solutions are representing a well-established, family-run Electrical Building Services Contractor that has built a solid reputation for quality installations and trusted client relationships across the commercial and industrial sectors.
They deliver everything from lighting and power upgrades to full-scale electrical installations on new builds, refurbishments and industrial sites — and are known for doing things the right way: safely, efficiently, and with real pride in their work.
They're now looking for an experienced Electrical Contracts Manager to join their growing team and oversee a variety of projects across the region. You'll be responsible for managing jobs from tender through to handover, leading engineers and subcontractors, and ensuring high standards are maintained throughout.
What you'll be doing:
* Managing electrical installation projects (£250k‑£2m typical values)
* Overseeing labour, materials and procurement
* Running client and progress meetings
* Ensuring projects are delivered safely, on time and within budget
* Offering technical and commercial support at tender/design stages
* Coordinating with mechanical teams to deliver full M&E solutions
What we're looking for:
* Proven experience as an Electrical Contracts Manager (or Project Manager)
* Background in commercial or industrial building services
* Strong understanding of LV systems, distribution, containment and lighting
* Good communicator with strong organisational skills
* Someone who takes ownership and builds lasting client relationships
