Business Development Manager - Home/Field-based - Oban, Fort William, Tarbert, Lochcarron
Up to £38,000 + uncapped bonus potential, company car or car allowance & home-based contract
At Brakes, we have ambitious growth plans. We are seeking a Business Development Manager to join our Independent Sales Team, to help shape the future of our business and stay at the forefront of foodservice trends.
Responsibilities include:
* Identifying and securing new independent business opportunities to maintain a healthy sales pipeline.
* Building strong relationships with independent food market players through your curiosity and knowledge of the industry.
* Creating tailored culinary proposals to help customers save time and money.
* Driving growth and achieving profit targets, with rewards for success.
* Welcoming new clients professionally and ensuring they feel valued, working alongside the Area Sales Manager.
* Monitoring market trends and competitors to provide innovative solutions from a leading food wholesaler.
* Achieving market goals with enthusiasm and expertise.
Candidate requirements:
Experience in Field Sales is preferred but not essential. A strong commercial mindset, drive, and ambition to meet targets are crucial.
Confidence in working out in the field and a customer-focused attitude are essential.
Training will be provided to familiarize you with our products and business, especially if you have food service or hospitality experience.
