* Part of a generic adult social work Review Team completing scheduled and targeted Care Act reviews.
* Uses a strengths-based approach to assess ongoing needs and outcomes.
* Carries out Mental Capacity Assessments and Best Interests decisions.
* Includes duty responsibilities, requiring regular participation in duty rota.
* Focus on person-centred practice and compliance with Care Act principles.
