The Role
As Employment Tax Manager, you’ll provide expert guidance to a diverse portfolio of clients across all areas of employment tax compliance and advisory. You’ll also play a key role in managing the team, delivering projects efficiently, and developing new opportunities.
Key responsibilities include:
* Managing PAYE and benefits compliance
* Advising on IR35, global mobility, and employee reward
* Providing technical advice and managing client relationships
* Supporting internal training and development initiatives
About You
You’ll be a technically strong, commercially aware tax professional with a passion for helping clients navigate complex employment tax matters.
You will:
* CTA/ATT/ACA/ACCA qualified (or equivalent)
* Solid experience in employment tax compliance and advisory
* Excellent technical, interpersonal, and leadership skills
