The Role
We are looking for a SAP Migration Specialist to support the migration of key engineering and maintenance data into SAP S/4HANA, with a focus on SAP EAM and project-related structures.
You will work as part of a wider SAP and engineering team to ensure accurate, controlled and secure migration of legacy data into the new SAP environment.
What You Will Do
* Support the migration of engineering and maintenance data into SAP S/4HANA (EAM focus)
* Work with technical objects such as Equipment, Functional Locations, BOMs, and asset structures
* Assist in migrating legacy project and contract data, ensuring alignment with SAP structures
* Help ensure data is correctly prepared, validated, and loaded into SAP
* Support data security and access controls in line with ITAR and EAR requirements
* Work with engineering and SAP teams to ensure data consistency across systems
* Assist in maintaining compliance with defence and aerospace standards
What We’re Looking For
* Degree in Science, Technology, Engineering, Mathematics or similar experience
* Experience working with SAP, ideally in S/4HANA or ECC environments
* Exposure to SAP data migration, data preparation, or SAP implementation projects
* Understanding of engineering or maintenance data (e.g. MRO, assets, BOMs, or project structures) is beneficial
* Awareness of regulated environments (defence, aerospace, or similar) is an advantage
* Familiarity with data quality, validation, or system migration processes
* BPSS eligibility and willingness to work in a secure environment
