We are seeking a skilled and experienced Head Chef with a minimum of 2 years experience as a head chef to join our team. The ideal candidate will lead the culinary team, oversee food production, and ensure the highest quality of dishes in our establishment.

* Plan and direct food preparation and culinary activities
* Add to existing menu and develop new recipes ensuring varied and high quality dishes.
* Supervise kitchen staff and coordinate their tasks
* Ensure compliance with food safety standards and regulations
* Manage kitchen inventory, including ordering and monitoring supplies
* Maintain a clean and organized cooking environment -Responsible for Health & Safety and Food Hygiene practices. -Responsible for ensuring EHO standards meet regulation, including food safety and allergens.
* Training new kitchen employees
Skills:
* Proven experience as a Head Chef or in a similar role
* Strong knowledge of hospitality, food safety, and culinary techniques
* Excellent leadership and team management abilities
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining quality standards
* Proficient in supervising kitchen operations and staff
* Creative flair in menu planning and presentation
* Strong communication skills to collaborate with the team effectively
