The Royal College of Music is seeking to recruit an IT Operations Manager who will be responsible for providing ICT services and support to staff and students, with day-to-day responsibility for the ICT infrastructure, operational contracts, cyber security, systems administration, and the help desk. The IT Operations Manager reports to the Head of IT and leads a team of six. The IT Manager supports the Head of IT by negotiating and managing operational contracts and budgets.

We are looking for candidates with the following attributes:
* You will be an experienced IT professional with experience of Microsoft Windows, Office 365 and Network maintenance, SQL servers and cloud technologies.
* You will have experience of IT Service Management and working to SLA’s.
* You will have a good understanding of cyber security challenges and how to minimise the risks and impacts.
* You will have with strong team management skills and effective delegation.
* You will have good project management stills.
* You will be committed to delivering an excellent service for our students and staff.
