About the Role
This well-established secondary school seeks passionate and dependable support staff to enhance classroom experiences and support students' learning across Key Stages 3 and 4.
As a Cover Supervisor, your responsibilities will include:
* Supervising lessons using pre-prepared materials.
* Delivering set work and ensuring students remain engaged.
* Managing classroom behavior and fostering a positive learning environment.
* Supporting students with diverse abilities and needs.
* Promoting and upholding the school's core values.

* Experience working with young people in any setting (education, youth work, residential care, etc.).
* Confidence in leading a classroom and engaging students.
