Nathaniel Cars are looking for a service booking administrator, ideally with a background in customer care. Training will be provided.
We are looking for a candidate who is customer focused with an excellent manner to provide a first-class service. You will need to be confident, reliable, computer literate and be able to work as part of a team.
As a bookings administrator you will be responsible for-
Delivering excellent customer service to all customers and representing the company in a professional manner.
Professionally taking bookings and giving quotations, via phone and email .
Using our bookings systems and diaries to schedule bookings and arrange courtesy vehicles for several workshops in the company.
Understanding vehicle requirements to give customers correct information and create accurate bookings.
Making outbound calls to existing customers who are due services, MOT's and repairs.
What we require-
Proven skills in customer service
Experience in handling inbound and outbound calls would be an advantage but is not essential.
Confident telephone manner, with outstanding communication skills.
Excellent computer literacy, listening skills and attention to detail.
A motivated individual with the ability to multitask.

Wage-Negotiable depending on experience, reviewed annually.
