Sheridan Maine are exclusively recruiting for an Accounts Assistant position for one our long standing clients in the Bristol area.
The role will be responsible for a variety of accounting tasks, including:
1. Processing sales and purchase invoices
2. Allocating cash
3. Bank reconciliations
4. Dealing with supplier and customer invoice queries
5. Preparing supplier payments
6. Credit control
7. Petty cash
8. Processing staff expense claims
The company are seeking an individual with the desired criteria:
9. Prior experience of working in an accounting role
10. Confident user of IT systems including Excel
11. Excellent communication skills both written and verbally
12. Ability to work to deadlines with attention to detail
13. Able to work on your own and as part of a team
