The What...
As an Assistant Manager, you'll undergo a thorough induction to prepare you for success, covering all areas of the centre including lanes, bar and diner, and amusements.
In our fast-paced environment, you'll be central to delivering a fun, positive customer experience, supporting effective business operations, coaching your team, and assisting the General Manager in achieving centre goals and financial targets.
You'll ensure your centre maintains high standards and safety, providing a fun and safe environment for all customers.
To be successful, you will have:
* Management experience, preferably in leisure, hospitality, or retail
* Proven ability to inspire and develop large teams
* Willingness to work nights and weekends
* A strong desire to succeed
