To manage change projects that help the organization achieve its strategic objectives, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, in control, and compliant with regulatory requirements and internal policies.
Accountabilities
* Managing change projects within the organization, ensuring timely delivery within scope, budget, and quality standards
* Developing and managing project plans, outlining scope, objectives, timelines, and resources
* Communicating with stakeholders, including senior management, project teams, and external partners
* Managing project teams, ensuring proper resourcing and skill sets
* Managing project budgets and creating progress reports
* Managing project risks, identifying and mitigating risks, assumptions, issues, and dependencies
* Facilitating change management activities, including training and communication
