WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR:
This is a heavily data-driven role requiring experience within an operations environment, preferably warehousing or something adjacent to that.
With that in mind, we are keen to see candidates’ strengths in data – being an Excel pro is a must, but additionally candidates may have experience in things like PowerBI, SQL or other data skills.
They will understand the nature of systems within a warehouse, particularly Warehouse Management Systems like Blue Yonder.
This isn’t the kind of role where there will be simple, similarly-sized boxes coming in at a regular pace; this will be about oversized items, oddly shaped items, high security items coming in, needing someone with agile problem-solving skills to make sure we can welcome in each intake smoothly. Candidates will need to demonstrate their problem-solving skills, and ability to create high-quality solutions that will ensure we meet the demands of our customers on time, every time.
