You will play a crucial role in managing a backlog and ensuring the timely delivery of projects in a highly regulated, fast-paced environment. With an 8-week backlog and a strong order book extending into 2030, we need someone who can hit the ground running, with no time for a steep learning curve. This role offers an opportunity to make an immediate impact. Experience & Qualifications: Minimum of 3 years FAIR experience, with solid exposure to visual FAIR inspections. Highly regulated background required (e.g., aerospace, automotive, medical, or other sectors with strict quality and compliance standards). Must be able to demonstrate the ability to hit the ground running with minimal training or supervision. A proactive, flexible attitude to work, especially in managing urgent or high-priority tasks.
