Salary: £120 to £160 a day depending on experience

We are a busy and growing lettings and property management company based in Bournemouth. We manage a wide range of residential properties and pride ourselves on delivering fast, reliable and high-quality maintenance and renovation services to our landlords and tenants. To support our expanding portfolio, we are seeking a skilled Multi-Trade Builder to join our team.
About the Role:
You will be responsible for a mix of reactive maintenance and planned refurbishment works across our managed properties. This is a varied role that requires a broad skill set, a proactive attitude, and the ability to work independently to a high standard.
Key Responsibilities:
* Carrying out day-to-day maintenance and repairs in occupied and vacant properties
* Plumbing repairs (e.g. fixing leaks, unblocking drains, replacing taps/toilets)
* Carpentry (e.g. hanging doors, replacing locks, fitting flooring)
* General building and structural work (e.g. patch plastering, tiling, stud walls)
* Fitting kitchens and bathrooms including first fix plumbing
* Replacing window hinges, handles, and locks
* Painting, decorating, and basic cosmetic refurbishments
* Diagnosing and resolving maintenance issues promptly and professionally
* Ensuring all work is completed safely, cleanly, and to a high standard
Requirements:
* Proven experience in a similar multi-trade or property maintenance role
* Strong skills in carpentry and plumbing are essential
* Experience fitting kitchens and bathrooms, including first fix plumbing
* Good general knowledge of building repairs and property maintenance
* Able to problem-solve and work independently
* Full UK driving licence and own vehicle/ some tools
* Good communication and customer service skills
* Relevant trade qualifications are not essential
