We are looking for a high-level Vehicle Technician to join our state-of-the-art facility in Worthing. Pay and Benefits
* Salary: £32,000 – £50,000 per year (Strictly skillset dependent).
* The Big Perk: No Saturdays. Work Monday to Friday only.
* Hours: 08:00 – 17:30 with an early finish every Friday at 16:30.

* Specialist Training: Full support and training provided for Electric and Hybrid vehicles, including Tesla.

The Role and Responsibilities
As our new Car Technician and Mechanic, you will be working to manufacturer-level standards on premium German brands (Audi, BMW, Porsche, Mercedes, VW) and EVs.
* Advanced Diagnostics: Fault-finding on modern petrol, diesel, and high-voltage systems.
* Major Repairs: Handling clutches, timing belts, chains, and complex mechanical overhauls.
* EV and Hybrid Care: Specialist maintenance and repair of electric drivetrains.
* Manufacturer Servicing: Working to exacting standards to maintain our award-winning reputation.
* Quality Control: Ensuring every repair is fixed first time for our loyal customer base.
What We Are Looking For
* Experience: Ideally a minimum of 5 years in a busy, high-standard workshop.
* Qualifications: Level 3 NVQ or equivalent as a Vehicle Technician.
* Knowledge: Experience with German brands (VAG, BMW, Mercedes) is a major advantage.
* Modern Skills: A strong interest or experience in EV and Hybrid systems.
* Essentials: A full UK Driving Licence and a passion for technical excellence.
