You will be supported to develop your practice and grow your reputation and client base. You will also receive a highly competitive salary and market-leading bonus structure, which includes a percentage of your billings, cross-referrals, and total work generated in the department.
The Role:
You will be responsible for handling high-net-worth, complex family law cases, alongside developing business for the department across various offices. You will work closely with the existing head of department, who comes from a Top 50 firm. Work includes divorces, financial matters, TOLATA, children cases, and more.
The role offers excellent prospects for progression, with clear partnership opportunities and the chance to develop and lead a team. The firm is also open to considering teams of family lawyers who wish to move together as a unit.
Requirements:
* You will be a Family Solicitor with at least 8 years PQE (there is no upper limit regarding experience).
