MERCHANDISING MANAGER
Are you a commercially minded merchandiser ready to make an impact in a fast-paced, global retail business?
We’re looking for a Merchandiser to join the team at Dryrobe®, the original and market-leading change robe brand. In this role, you’ll ensure the right products are available in the right place, at the right time, and in the right quantities — driving sales, strengthening our brand presence, and delivering an exceptional customer experience.
Working closely with cross-functional teams, you’ll forecast demand, manage stock, and shape merchandising strategies that balance customer expectations with business objectives. From analysing trends and planning assortments to influencing pricing and promotions, this is a role where your commercial insight will directly fuel our growth.
What you’ll be doing:
* Developing accurate demand forecasts using industry trends, historical data, and market insights.
* Partnering with Finance on budgeting, forecasting, and scenario planning.
* Managing stock levels to minimise risk of overstocking or stockouts.
* Collaborating across Sales, Marketing, Product, and Production to ensure product availability.
* Curating product assortments that reflect customer needs, seasonal trends, and brand identity.
* Supporting promotions and pricing strategies to maximise sales and profitability.
* Conducting ongoing market research to inform and refine merchandising strategies.

Location:
Office-based, however after initial induction and training to the company we would consider hybrid working. Our office is based at Dryrobe® HQ, Braunton, North Devon.
Job type:
Part-time, 21 hours per week, permanent.
Hours:
Part-time; open to discussing different working patterns to fit both the individual and the business.
