Our Breakfast and Afterschool Club (BUDS) is dedicated to providing a fun, happy and stimulating environment where all children can play, explore and develop freely.
Through our wraparound care provision, we aim to:
• Support children in developing responsibility for themselves and their actions.
• Help each child grow into a confident, independent and cooperative individual.
• Build strong, positive relationships with parents, carers and school staff, working in partnership to provide high-quality play and care.
• Offer inclusive provision that is accessible to all children, meeting their individual emotional, developmental and physical needs.
• Work collaboratively with our parent body to ensure we provide a ‘home from home’ environment, where all children feel safe and confident to express themselves as individuals.

The successful candidate will prioritise building strong relationships and connections with all stakeholders and will work alongside Mrs. Evans, our BUDS Play Leader, and the team to provide a varied programme of activities that are fun, stimulating and enriching.

This role requires the ability to fulfil all spoken aspects of the role with confidence and fluency in English.
The role will require candidates to be available for either morning shifts (08:00-08:30), afternoon shifts (15:00-17:30/18:00) or both. It is a casual contract but will involve consistently scheduled shifts.
