We are seeking a Registered Nurse to join our dedicated team within a hospital setting.
The specific duties of a nurse will vary depending on the department they work in, their experience level, and the specific needs of their patients. However, all nurses play a vital role in ensuring that patients receive the care they need to recover and return home.

Responsibilities :
* Conduct patient assessments, including vital signs, medical histories, and symptom observation.
* Develop and implement individualized care plans in collaboration with doctors and other healthcare professionals.
* Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by doctors, ensuring patient safety and monitoring for side effects.
* Educate patients about their conditions, medications, and treatments, empowering them to participate in their care.
* Assist patients with daily living activities like bathing, dressing, and eating, ensuring their comfort and well-being.
* Collaborate with doctors, therapists, social workers, and other healthcare professionals to deliver coordinated and effective patient care.
* Advocate for patients' needs and ensure they are informed and involved in their care decisions.
* Maintain accurate and detailed patient records to document care provided and patient progress.
* Participate in ongoing education and training opportunities to stay up-to-date on best practices.
* Uphold high standards of infection control and patient safety.
What We Require:
* Valid NMC Registration.
* Minimum of 1 year experience in a hospital setting (preferred).
* Strong clinical skills and a comprehensive understanding of nursing principles.
* Excellent communication, collaboration, and interpersonal skills.
* Compassionate and patient-centered approach to care.
* Commitment to ethical practice and adherence to NMC guidelines.
