Our clinicians are fulfilled by the idea of affecting even the smallest positive changes in our young people, so we celebrate the little things. This role is based at Avon Park School, 3-days-per-week. The school has an Outstanding rating by Ofsted and a strong ethos of high expectations and aspirations for every child. All school staff work in a collaborative way to ensure each pupil develops academically, emotionally and personally. Our clinicians are a crucial part of the most joined-up model in SEND, providing unrivalled levels of clinical support across our specialist schools and children’s homes.
As part of a multi-disciplinary clinical team you will be supporting educational and residential colleagues to provide therapeutic living and learning environments and, based on clinical assessment and formulation, offer individualised interventions for our young people. Psychologists work collaboratively to ensure therapeutic support permeates every aspect of education, care and support. You will provide consultation, workshops, training and guidance to educational and residential teams around our children.
