Tradewind Education is recruiting a committed and enthusiastic Learning Support Assistant to work full-time in a welcoming primary school in Islington, starting January 2026.
About the Role:
1. Support pupils across the primary age range with their learning and development
2. Work 1:1 and in small groups to help pupils access the curriculum
3. Assist the class teacher with classroom activities and behaviour management
4. Support pupils with additional learning needs where required
5. Help create a positive, inclusive, and supportive learning environment
The Ideal Candidate Will Have:
6. Experience working with children in a primary school setting (desirable)
7. A patient, proactive, and supportive approach
8. Strong communication and teamwork skills
9. A genuine passion for supporting children's education

Requirements:
