Job Description: As the Supply Chain Manager, you’ll report directly to the UK Supply Chain Manager and form part of the UK operational leadership team. You’ll manage the production and materials scheduling functions, ensuring operational efficiencies, customer satisfaction, and supplier performance. You’ll lead the design and implementation of a robust S&OP process, develop 18-month rolling forecasts, and ensure alignment with material purchasing and stock strategies. As Supply Chain Manager, you’ll build strong relationships with internal stakeholders and key customers, driving improvement initiatives to achieve world-class service levels. Skills & Experience: * Proven experience as a Supply Chain Manager in a manufacturing environment. * Strong ERP/MRP system knowledge (Epicor preferred). * Advanced Excel and data analysis skills. * Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management abilities. * Experience driving continuous improvement and S&OP processes.
