The Opportunity
You will join a well-established Commercial team, working closely with experienced lawyers on a broad range of commercial matters. The role offers excellent client exposure from the outset and the opportunity to develop strong technical and commercial expertise.
Key Responsibilities

* Drafting, reviewing, and negotiating a wide range of commercial agreements

* Advising clients on day-to-day commercial and contractual matters
\t
* Supporting on complex commercial transactions and projects
\t
* Assisting clients across a variety of sectors, including technology, professional services, and commercial businesses
\t
* Building and maintaining strong client relationships
\t
* Collaborating with colleagues across the wider business services teams
\t
* Contributing to business development and networking activities
\t

* About You
\t

* Newly Qualified Solicitor, or due to qualify shortly
\t
* Experience gained within a Commercial Law seat during training
\t
* Strong drafting and analytical skills
\t
* Commercially aware with a pragmatic approach to problem-solving

* Excellent communication and client relationship skills
\t
* Enthusiastic, ambitious, and eager to develop your career in Commercial Law
\t
* Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
