Key Responsibilities:
* Operate safely and professionally, adhering to company management systems (ISO9001, ISO14001, Health & Safety).
* Use and maintain personal protective equipment correctly.
* Perform filling and blending of liquid and dry materials to specific formulations.
* Fill liquid products into various packages and bulk tankers following detailed instructions.
* Receive and unload bulk deliveries, ensuring quality checks are completed.
* Operate counterbalance forklift trucks safely.
* Conduct basic product testing (incoming, in-process, outgoing).
* Maintain operational and storage areas in a clean and tidy condition.
* Label packages accurately and ensure traceability of raw materials and finished goods.
* Support goods-in and loading operations as required.
* Complete all paperwork and process information professionally.
* Report incidents, accidents, and equipment issues promptly.
Candidate Requirements:
* Good general education.
* Certified forklift truck licence.
* Minimum 1 year's experience in a production or works environment.
* Previous experience working to a quality system.
* Strong attention to detail and good communication skills.
* Health & Safety awareness.
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team, including in all weather conditions.
