About the Opportunity
We’re looking for an experienced Business Analyst to join a delivery‑focused team working on complex change initiatives in a collaborative, client‑facing environment.
This role would suit a Business Analyst with 5–8 years’ experience who is confident operating across the full lifecycle - from discovery and requirements definition through to delivery support. You’ll work closely with technical teams, stakeholders, and delivery leads to ensure business needs are clearly understood and translated into actionable outcomes.
The role is ideally based in Leeds or London, operating in a hybrid model.
Requirements
What We’re Looking For
* 5–8 years’ experience working as a Business Analyst in complex delivery environments
* Strong background in:
o User stories and backlog refinement
o Business process modelling
o Data analysis and interpretation
o Workshop facilitation and stakeholder management
* Comfortable working with both technical and non‑technical teams
* Excellent communication skills and a pragmatic, delivery‑focused mindset
* Eligibility for SC clearance
