We are looking for an Operational Analyst to support all required customer reporting requirements, always with the customer in mind and ensuring deadlines are met. Working with key stakeholders and able to build strong working relationships.

This role sits within our Governance Team.
What You’ll Spend Your Time Doing
1. Management and Oversight of the MS ABS Governance Calendar
2. Distribution of Monthly and Quarterly meeting invites
3. Monthly KPI communications
4. Collate KPI data feeds into production of a KPI Dashboard
5. Production of monthly KPI performance reporting packs
6. Management and distribution of KPI Dashboard
7. Collation of Monthly and Quarterly Service Review packs
8. Bi-yearly management of the ABS EUC controls
9. Supporting Service Catalogue refresh activity
