Are you an experienced Energy Sales Consultant? Regional Recruitment is recruiting for an Energy Sales Consultant to join an established utilities broker based in Leicestershire. You will play a key role in generating new business, building strong customer relationships, and helping businesses secure the most suitable energy and utility solutions. Qualifications
Essential
- Previous experience within energy sales, utilities sales, or a similar brokerage environment
- Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Excellent telephone manner and customer service skills
- Ability to build and maintain long‑term client relationships
Desirable
- Experience working within a B2B sales environment
- Knowledge of energy procurement and utility markets
- Experience using CRM systems
Roles & Responsibilities
- Generate new business opportunities through outbound calls, referrals, networking, and lead generation activities.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing customers, understanding their energy requirements and recommending suitable solutions.
- Manage the full sales process from initial contact through to negotiation and contract completion.
- Deliver consultative sales solutions, identifying opportunities to maximise customer savings and value.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activity, customer interactions, and pipeline management using CRM systems.
- Stay up to date with market trends, energy pricing, and industry developments to provide informed recommendations to customers.
- Consistently achieve and exceed individual sales targets while contributing to wider business objectives.
