KC Group are working with a multi-entity SME business with c.£15m turnover to recruit a hands-on Finance Manager. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a growing organisation where you’ll oversee financial operations, strengthen internal controls, and support strategic decision-making across the group.Reporting into senior leadership, you will take ownership of the finance function while managing a small team and partnering closely with operational stakeholders.The Role
* Oversee monthly management accounts, budgets and forecasts
* Deliver variance analysis and present financial results to management
* Ensure compliance, robust internal controls and accurate VAT reporting
* Manage and develop a finance team of 3 (AP, AR, payroll)
* Monitor cash flow and oversee credit control
* Partner with operational managers to provide financial insight
* Support system improvements and reporting enhancements
About You
* ACA / ACCA / CIMA qualified or QBE
* Experience managing a small team
* Sage 200 and advanced Excel skills
* Experience within a multi-entity environment (desirable)
