SEN Teacher
Location: Lincoln, Lincolnshire
Contract: Supply or Long-Term
Salary: £140 – £190 per day (experience dependent)

GSL Education are seeking a passionate and dedicated SEN Teacher to work in schools across Lincoln. This role is suited to experienced teachers who have previously worked with children with Special Educational Needs (SEN) and are committed to creating positive and inclusive learning environments.
The Role
As an SEN Teacher, you will plan and deliver engaging lessons that meet the diverse needs of pupils with additional needs. You will support students in developing both their academic skills and their confidence, while ensuring that each child has the opportunity to succeed.
Responsibilities
* Deliver high-quality teaching to pupils with a range of SEN needs
* Differentiate planning and resources to suit individual learning styles
* Create a safe, supportive, and inclusive classroom environment
* Collaborate with SEN support staff, pastoral teams, and parents/carers
* Monitor and assess progress, adapting approaches where required
Candidate Requirements
* Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent
* Proven experience teaching children with SEN
* Strong classroom and behaviour management skills
* A patient, resilient, and flexible approach
* A genuine passion for supporting students with additional needs
