Job Description
Scope of Work:
3. Sales Process Review: Analyse the existing sales process from lead generation to deal closure, identifying inefficiencies and areas for optimisation.
4. CRM & Technology Audit: Assess our use of CRM and sales tools, ensuring they are optimally configured and leveraged to support sales performance.
5. Data & Reporting: Evaluate how sales data is captured, reported, and utilised to inform decision-making. Recommend improvements for better insights and forecasting.
6. Team Structure & Performance: Assess the structure, roles, and effectiveness of our sales team, including KPIs, incentives, and training needs.
7. Lead Generation & Conversion: Analyse the effectiveness of current lead generation strategies and conversion tactics, suggesting enhancements.
8. Collaboration with Marketing: Review the alignment between sales and marketing functions to ensure seamless lead handover and consistent messaging.
9. Competitor Benchmarking: Provide insights into how our sales function compares with competitors in the flexible office space sector.
The Successful Applicant
Consultant Requirements:
10. Proven experience in sales operations within a B2B environment, ideally within property, workspace, or related sectors.
11. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
12. Expertise in CRM systems and sales enablement tools.
13. Ability to work collaboratively with sales, marketing, and leadership teams.
