These high-end projects range in value, typically £2m–£20m, and are often technically challenging The company are now looking to enhance their preconstruction team with a Construction Design Manager, Working closely with the Estimating & Project Management teams, you will manage and coordinate the design and engineering process You will be responsible for ensuring that consultants & construction partners develop technically robust and commercially sound solutions. You will often be responsible for identifying opportunities to improve value, buildability, and affordability for each project through the design process.
