You’ll play a key role in ensuring every paycheck is right, every deduction is accounted for, and every question gets a clear answer.Key Duties:
* Process payroll with precision, including tax withholdings, bonuses, and statutory deductions
* Maintain and update payroll records, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality
* Support employees with payroll-related questions—think pay slips, tax queries, and overtime
* Assist with statutory filings and compliance tasks, liaising with local authorities as needed
* Respond to government notices and help ensure timely resolution
* Spot issues, suggest improvements, and help strengthen payroll processes
