Job Title: Customer & Market Insights Innovation Lead
Location: Reading - Awaiting confirmation on onsite requirements

Role Summary
We are seeking an experienced Customer & Market Insights Innovation Lead to join a leading global biotechnology company preparing for major product launches in the UK & Ireland.
This is a unique opportunity to be part of a forward-thinking team dedicated to addressing high unmet medical needs, including postnatal depression and Alzheimer’s disease.
The role combines analytical rigor, commercial strategy, and innovative thinking. It is ideal for someone who excels at translating complex data into strategic decisions and enjoys collaborating with senior stakeholders across functions.
You will act as a key partner to local launch teams, driving market understanding, forecast performance, and strategic planning by:
1. Identifying, sourcing, and analyzing diverse datasets (traditional and emerging)
2. Generating actionable insights through advanced modeling and forecasting
3. Presenting clear narratives to support strategic business decisions
4. Collaborating with regional and global teams on performance tracking and reporting
5. Using data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Excel) to communicate insights effectively
Key Requirements:
1. Strong experience in pharma, biotech, or life sciences consulting
2. Proven track record in forecasting, market analysis, or customer & market insights
3. Advanced Excel modeling and Power BI (or similar visualization tools) experience
4. Ability to engage confidently with senior stakeholders and cross-functional teams
5. A passion for innovation, curiosity, and proactive problem solving
