Your Role:
As a Mentor with a football background, you'll be a key player in supporting children, both on a 1:1 basis and occasionally with groups. Your primary focus will be taking part in a childs full timetable, contributing to the holistic development of students. Get to know the pupils in your care well, whether it's through individual sessions or during group work. Utilize the skills honed on the pitch to connect with children who may struggle in a mainstream environment.
