Receptionist required for a well-established Solicitors’ office based in Ballymena. This is a fantastic permanent opportunity working Monday to Friday, 9am–5pm, offering £12.21 per hour – perfect for someone who has recently left education and is looking to gain valuable experience in a professional office environment.
Responsibilities
* Welcoming clients and visitors in a professional and friendly manner
* Handling incoming calls, emails, and correspondence
* Managing appointments and maintaining an organised reception area
* Providing administrative support to the team, including filing and photocopying
* Ensuring confidentiality is upheld at all times
Qualifications
