Multiskilled Engineer – Mobile Maintenance Electrician
Position: Permanent, Full‑time.
Location: Basingstoke, covering sites in Basingstoke, Alton, Yateley, and Petersfield.
Working hours: Monday–Friday, 06:30 – 14:30.
The Role
Join our facilities team to handle Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPM) and reactive maintenance on electrical systems. You will be the go‑to expert for fault finding, diagnostics, and statutory checks (emergency lighting, fire alarms), ensuring all work meets the 18th Edition BS 7671 standards.
Essential Requirements
* Fully qualified Electrician (NVQ Level 3 or equivalent).
* City and Guilds 18th Edition (BS 7671) certification.
* Proven experience in commercial electric maintenance.
* Strong problem‑solving and fault‑finding ability.
* Full UK driving licence.
* Willingness to join the on‑call rota.
* (A C and G 2391 Inspection and Testing qualification is a strong bonus.)
